The core of this project was to architect a "single source of truth" powered by Notion, seamlessly connected to their public-facing WordPress website and automated via Make.com.
Centralized Notion HQ Design: I designed a comprehensive Notion workspace with interconnected databases for:
Film Projects (pre-production, production, post-production stages)
WordPress Website Integration: Developed key integrations so that inquiries from the WordPress site (for services or rentals) would directly populate Notion databases. Content published in Notion could also be synced to the WordPress blog/portfolio.
Make.com Automation Engine: Built numerous Make.com scenarios to automate critical workflows:
New lead/rental request notifications to relevant team members (via Slack/email).
Automatic creation of project/rental records in Notion and on the website backend from form submissions.
Status updates synced between Notion, the website, and the CRM.
