I collaborated with an art therapy center in Canada to enhance its online presence and improve its search engine rankings. This project involved a targeted approach to local SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing strategies to increase the center's visibility in local search results and attract more clients.

Approach

I began with a thorough SEO audit to identify technical issues and areas for improvement, evaluating the website's performance using various SEO tools. This comprehensive audit included competitor analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.
For keyword research, I performed detailed analysis to identify high-potential keywords relevant to the art therapy services and local area. I then developed a targeted keyword strategy to enhance the website's visibility for these search terms, ensuring our approach was competitive.
In terms of on-page SEO, I optimized meta titles, descriptions, headers, and service descriptions with localized keywords. I also improved the website's internal linking structure to enhance user experience and crawlability. Additionally, I enhanced the content on service pages to be more informative and engaging, making sure it catered to both search engines and potential clients.
For technical SEO, I addressed issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors. I also implemented structured data to improve search engine understanding of the website's content, which helped in achieving better search visibility.
Additionally, I optimized the center's Google Business Profile (GBP). This included ensuring consistency of NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information across all online directories, and updating business hours.
I also assisted in creating and publishing content on the center's social media platforms, such as Instagram. This involved developing engaging posts that highlighted the center's services, success stories, and events to increase their social media presence and attract more followers.
