From Generic Agent to Luxury Real Estate Expert

Website Design Post Branding

Originally Povoa focused only on sales

He let his real estate broker handle the website and marketing for him. While he was successful in selling, he knew he needed a unique brand for himself.

Rodrigo On His Broker's Website

Before his brand was created we analyzed his ideal audience and how he wanted to position his unique services against other agents in the competitive Miami market.

We created a new look that could show, not just tell, his clients that they were working with one of the best in the industry.

Logo

The minimal brand design pushed the value of subtlety rather than loud colors or generic hues.

The logo could be utilized in multiple use cases seamlessly and at any scale.

Colors

The color palette was extremely minimal.

Typography

Rather than utilize colors for variety, we focused on fonts and shapes.

Typography Example Use Cases

Incorporating large decorative numbers in Fraunces also emphasized Povoa's dedication to the numbers. His brand is first and foremost about building his clients' wealth.

Imagery

All the images for the brand were narrowed to only grayscale graphics and tinted photos and videos.

If text is ever applied to an image, the image tint is adjusted to provide high contrast and legibility.
