Tribeliopage

Tribeversity is Tribelio's e-learning product, built for people who want professional development they actually finish. I owned the design end to end: research, information architecture, learning paths, community features, and the content system underneath all of it. It launched as Tribelio's flagship education offering, and the structure it introduced still shapes how courses, cohorts and creators sit inside the same platform.

- Existing builders were either too complex to learn or too limited to look professional.

- Custom domain setup felt technical and scared users off.

- Templates looked generic, so pages did not build trust.

- None of it connected to the community or monetisation tools users already had.

I benchmarked six competing builders and interviewed 12 users across creator and small business segments, then made one structural decision that shaped everything after it: block-based instead of drag-and-drop. Drag-and-drop is more flexible, but flexibility is what makes first-time users stall, and block-based output stays reliable on mobile by default. From there I built a library of 30+ content blocks, a template gallery with 15 starting points, and a setup wizard that turned custom domains into a guided step with the outcome shown upfront. Eight usability sessions after the first build produced one clear fix: users needed visible feedback when a block was selected or reordered, so selection state got its own visual language.
