What started as a passion project has now become a full time side hustle. A social media community where you can learn all things fitness, confidence, and lifestyle.
I have grown a community of over 40,000 followers! This is something I have been able to achieve by absorbing content, observing trends, posting consistently, and exercising my creativity.
My current content schedule:
TikTok: ~ 3 videos/day
Instagram: 1 post and 3-10 stories/day

Shy girl workout: My main goal is to help women build confidence going to the gym. With this in mind, sharing workouts that require minimal equipment typically perform really well with my audience!
Educational: Another goal of my content is to educate women on how to reach their goals.
Lifestyle: Aside from workout content, I also like to share content that allows me to connect more with my audience and show them parts of my life outside of the gym!
Results ⭐️
I began using TikTok in February of 2022 and have since gained a total of over 39,200 followers. This growth has been rapid, growing over 1000 followers in 1 week at times.
February 2022 to September 2023. Creating content that is relatable, relevant and valuable has allowed me to target the audience that I am looking to support and build value for.
Insights Overview
In one week I grew just under 2500 followers, and at the end of the next month I had grown by 11.3k followers!
