I worked on the visual design and 3D prototype development of a wearable umbrella optimized for diverse body types. In part of a cross-functional team of four, coordinating between designers, 3d modelers, and users for iterative testing and feedback paired with social media content.
As Project Lead for Worn Out Umbrella, my primary goal was to create a compelling product that would effectively communicate the company's unique value and differentiate it from existing umbrellas. The project began with an initial analysis of the company's website and social media presence, leading to the identification of a critical challenge: the prevalent misconception that the product was simply an "umbrella hat."
I recognized the critical role 3D design would play in visually conveying the unique features and functionality of Worn Out Umbrella. To this end, I directly oversaw and coordinated all 3D modeling and rendering efforts, which were essential for: Antatomical Accuracy, Technical Innovation, and Iterative Process.
Led all visual direction and 3D prototyping for an innovative wearable umbrella, shaping product development through 6 iterative design cycles and user testing
