Client is the "Rolls-Royce" of the Cement Factories. They create optimized mineral mixers and cement factories. But now, they wanted to enhance these solutions with Digital Twins and other sensor based systems, to allow unprecedented optimization potentials for their clients.
So, Strategy was there. But how to make it real?
It is here the Capability Management comes handy. To translate Strategy points and Business Objectives into Actionable Tasks/items. And this is exactly what I did there.
Using Capability Management, the Client was able to produce clear and comprehensive requirements, which matched the evolution of their Digital Product Line. And then to use these to drive Development Projects to successfully create the Product and Product Platform.
Along with the Development, Capability build-up for Sales, Marketing, Legals, Operations - - as the coherent capture of all the aspects required for operational readiness is what Capability Management really is about.
