My previous roles as Office Manager, Office Administrator, Supervisor ,Secretary among others over the last 15 years has afforded me the opportunity to serve my previous employers with my administrative support skills in different capacities.
It is these same skills that I will utilize in the online space as an Executive Virtual Assistant. In all these positions I was able to work efficiently by being a Personal Assistant to the Managing Directors that I worked with and then at the same time providing administrative support to the office as a whole.
I my last employment where I spent more than 10 years my responsibilities were varied and included front office management, travel management, calendar management, immigration support, facilities management, making sure that company was compliant with all the necessary licences that are needed for our operations as well as other administrative tasks that may be required.
In concluded all my experiences have made who I am today even though it was challenging at times, it was also rewarding and I am better positioned to serve my clients because of it.
