Partner closely with the Creative Director to ensure deliverables for projects are met
Manage day-to-day communication, timelines, and deliverables across teams and with outside vendors for product launches, photo shoots, design projects, and marketing initiatives
Oversee timelines and creative team calendar via project management tools
Create, implement and streamline a briefing process that will be used by multiple departments, making sure the creative team has what they need to execute projects with as little friction as possible
Create and maintain project schedules through final asset delivery, and communicate changes that arise
Drive collaboration and communication between teams to ensure timely delivery of creative work, managing the approval process with stakeholders
Be the primary source of contact for outside vendors
Provide clear briefs and statements of work to outside partners, managing all phases of production through delivery
