When CFD (The Company for Doing) approached me, they had a vision—one that didn’t fit the mold of a typical consultancy firm. They weren’t about buzzwords and empty promises. They were about action. About rolling up their sleeves and turning startups into scale-ups. But their website? Their branding? It told a different story—one that didn’t fully capture the energy, innovation, and hands-on approach that set CFD apart.
They needed more than just a refresh. They needed a transformation.

The Challenge: Breaking the Mold

CFD’s existing digital presence blended in when it needed to stand out. The website lacked impact. The logo felt static. The color palette was underdeveloped. And the brand assets? Scattered and inconsistent.
Their ask was simple but bold: Make us different. Make us memorable. Make us the company that looks as innovative as we are.
That meant rethinking everything—from visual storytelling to user experience—while ensuring their brand remained clear, powerful, and accessible.

The Journey: Designing for Action

I started by peeling back the layers, diving deep into CFD’s identity and values. Every decision had to align with their core mission: turning ideas into real, scalable businesses.
Step 1: Redefining the Visual Identity I examined their initial logo—good, but not great. It needed more versatility, more adaptability. I fine-tuned its structure, ensuring it worked seamlessly across digital, print, and social media.
Then came the color palette. I kept it bold but refined it with purpose. Each color needed meaning. Orange became the color of empowerment, used strategically in key areas like operations and HR. Darker tones added a sense of trust and credibility.
Step 2: Designing a Website with Impact A consultancy site shouldn’t feel like a textbook. It should engage, inspire, and, most importantly, convert visitors into believers. I scrapped the traditional approach and built an interactive, visually striking design in Figma, ensuring: ✔ A user-friendly interface that clearly communicates CFD’s value proposition. ✔ Custom illustrations and typography-driven layouts that break from the norm. ✔ Interactive elements that invite engagement, not just passive scrolling.
Step 3: Bringing Consistency to the Brand CFD had scattered brand assets, making it difficult for teams to maintain consistency. We fixed that by: Creating Word & PowerPoint templates to ensure branding stayed consistent in reports and presentations. Testing and refining fonts to maintain a cohesive look across all materials.

The Results: A Brand That Stands Apart

A Bold New Digital Identity – The website now reflects CFD’s energy, setting them apart from competitors. A Seamless User Experience – Clear navigation and engaging visuals make the site intuitive and compelling. Stronger Brand Recognition – A refined logo, intentional color palette, and powerful typography create a cohesive identity. Increased Efficiency – Organized assets and branded templates simplify internal processes.
CFD is no longer just another consultancy. Their brand now embodies their mission—turning ideas into action. Their digital presence? It’s as bold and innovative as the work they do.
This wasn’t just a redesign. It was a revolution in how CFD presents itself to the world.
And the best part? This is just the beginning.
