User Problem: “As a user, i do not feel rewarded enough while playing on dream11 unlike other platforms.”
The solution designed is a 7 tiered loyalty level program in which a user levels up from 1 to 7 by earning more DreamCoins (a virtual currency on dream11 earned by playing more on the platform). As the user's level increases, their level benefits and rewards also increase.
