Retool app for healthcare that converts medical docs to text via AWS Textract, then uses AI to generate summaries for Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments.
Developed a Retool application for a healthcare client that transformed their document management workflow. The solution leveraged AWS Textract OCR to convert medical documents into machine-readable text, then utilized AI/LLM capabilities to automatically generate concise summaries for MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessment completion. This streamlined what was previously a manual, time-intensive process, allowing clinical staff to quickly extract and process critical patient information from diverse medical documentation formats.
