Create an Online Business from scratch

www.pfalzweinshop.de is my own webshop, that helped me understand the nuts and bolts of an online business. From the businessplan to the selection of the technology. From the definition af the USP to the set up of the necessary sales channels. Developed and implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Pfalzweinshop.de, an online wine shop specializing in wines from the Pfalz region. The project aimed to increase online visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales growth. Key activities included SEO optimization, content marketing, email marketing, and content creation focused on wine education and promotion. The strategy was tailored to highlight the unique qualities of Pfalz wines, attract wine enthusiasts, and build a loyal customer base. It also gave me insights into the logisics. Selection of the appropriate suppliers, pricing strategy and also tools to help automate parts of the administration.
