Flavor ID categorizes users' aroma profiles, offering insights into flavor preferences. It leverages food-pairing tech to create unique profiles from an initial questionnaire and refine them through user interactions.

The goal was to create an accurate, user-friendly system for flavor categorization. The challenge was translating complex aroma profiles into an engaging experience.

As a lead designer, I guided the process through:

Defined a visual flavor fingerprint, uniquely representing each user's taste. Key features included an intuitive questionnaire, a personalized flavor fingerprint, ongoing profile refinement, and 3rd-party integration. The minimalist interface allowed users to explore their preferences.

FlavorID received positive feedback from professionals and users. This demonstrates how thoughtful design can make complex concepts accessible, highlighting the power of interdisciplinary collaboration in innovative solutions.
