The goal for this project was to overhaul and update the design system of an international payment solutions and tech company. This was also a first for the company at the time. During this period, my teammate and I had to wear multiple hats to complete this project as manpower was significantly reduced at the time. We also had to maintain constant contact with the developers who were in a different time zone to be able to create an aligned document. Other services that we provided were:
Desktop and Mobile platform audit (to supplement our design decisions)
New feature building
Information Architecture of the document itself
Tailoring the document to be comprehensible every position (manager, designer or developer) that may come across it
