This project was my previous companies first full-on UX copywriting client. I took the lead in creating a writing system template and manual for the a top banking brand here in the Philippines. Although it appears that most pages are similar to one another, the challenge was to:

Maintain consistency and improve recall of terms between all features of the app

Remain easily comprehensible to the target market while satisfying the needs of the client (less financially savvy, small business owners)

Condense character counts to let the UI be the hero

Please note that some labels were substituted with generic names for confidentiality. Other features may also be empty due to client indecisiveness while the project was going on. Lastly, the following the pages only portray roughly 80% of the project for brevity and again for confidentiality
