Design a mobile app for fitness tracking that encourages users to set personalized fitness goals, track their progress and participate in community challenges.

↪︎ My Goal

My goal was to help people who are interested in becoming fit and increasing their fitness level to find joy in resistance training, I wanted to help them feel empowered, confident and motivated.

↪︎ Quantitative Research

My quantitive reseach was composed of primaary and secondary research. for my primay research, i search for statistics on how much exercise people are getting and how much of that is crdios vs weigh in training. Based on my findings, I curated questions for the survey. in the survey the ages ranged from 18-45 with 58% of respondent being male and 42% female. there was also a good range of inexperienced and experienced lifters.
