ChowDown: Rethinking Food Delivery in Nigeria

I co-founded ChowDown, a food and grocery delivery platform designed to solve logistical challenges in Nigeria. Existing apps struggled with slow delivery, poor tracking, and usability issues, so we set out to build a seamless, reliable experience for users.

My Role & Process

• Strategy & Problem-Solving: Conducted UX research to identify pain points in food delivery and designed solutions tailored to local market needs. • Design & Development: Led the UX and UI design, creating an intuitive, visually appealing app that enhances usability. • User Experience Enhancements: Implemented real-time order tracking, streamlined navigation, and an improved checkout flow for better engagement.
