I wrote a case study about how Sempre is supporting the Institute of the Motor Industry to modernise its IT systems and ways of working. This wasn’t simply about improving the software set-up. It was also about changing people’s understanding of what is possible.

For such a big, complex project, a challenge in writing the case study was identifying the key points to cover — and what to leave out — and weaving it all together to present a coherent overview.
