International professional services group that provides legal, accounting, management consulting, and family office services to a global clientele. In my role, I manage all online and offline marketing activities, including supervising Marketing Intern. I report directly to Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop & manage overall marketing strategy for the UK and the UAE markets.
• Implement the CRM system (6k+ contacts) & curate a targeted database.
• Direct the in-house CRM training. Manage all agency partners.
• Manage websites & analytics. Full responsibility on the UAE website design.
• Social Media Management, planning and delivery of paid media, PPC and organic campaigns.
• Manage annual marketing budget. Set and report on KPIs to senior management.
• Content Production: copywriting, copyediting, SEO, research, creative, asset design, emailer content creation, A/B testing, blog management and publishing.
Impact/Key Achievements:
• Delivered a 17% revenue growth (10% market avg.) for 4 business units (UK & UAE).
• Onboarded 901+ strategic partners, the partner programme generated £571k+ in sales.
• 32x ROAS on Meta ads and 27x on LinkedIn ads for prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
• Drove channel growth up +39% across Facebook, +485% Instagram and +711% LinkedIn.
• Project managed 47+ events, including a House of Lords charity event that raised £16k in a single day.
