How do you reach Gen Z? That was the central theme of Goodcamp 2022, a pop-up communication agency supervised by Bridgeneers. Together with five other ambitious young people, I immersed myself in this topic for four months.

We worked on campaigns and, above all, discovered ourselves in the world of marketing. As icing on the cake: the book "From A to Gen Z," which debunks eight myths about Gen Z. Basically, the book explains how to communicate with Gen Z, and not just online!

Challenges To develop an easy-to-read book design that reflects the insane content created by Luna Buttiens and Maren Kuppens. In doing so, the book had to be formatted according to our own corporate identity and be appealing both to Gen Z and those who want to communicate with Gen Z.

Solution We chose a soft-touch laminate and a manageable format, with illustrations and imperfect elements in our signature house style. Slanted surfaces and twisted reading text created a lively and breezy design.

Imperfections In the Goodcamp 2022 corporate identity, we embrace tone-on-tone colors and cheerful accents. Imperfections are deliberately displayed, as authenticity is essential for Gen Z. Illustrations, slanted surfaces and twisted reading text contribute to an expressive and breezy design.

Rainbow on the edge A great effect on the edge of the book, without "printing on cut. This rainbow was created by printing regularly consecutive pages in one color. Such a colorful effect adds an extra touch to the design.
