Mapping out the user journey from initial subscription sign-up to ongoing engagement and retention. Beginning with user research to understand pain points and preferences, I then outlined clear steps for users to subscribe, customize their subscription preferences, manage their account, and receive timely updates or reminders. By integrating user feedback and iterative testing, I refined the task flow to ensure a seamless experience across different touchpoints, such as web and mobile platforms. The task flow prioritized simplicity and clarity, guiding users effortlessly through each stage of their subscription journey while optimizing for conversions and long-term customer satisfaction.
