Brief:
The Honda Atlas Digital Kiosks project was a groundbreaking endeavor to transform the customer interaction experience in Honda showrooms. Over the course of a year and with a significant budget, the initiative focused on developing interactive kiosks that would not only engage customers when sales staff were occupied but also gather vital customer interest data to refine sales and marketing strategies.

In my pivotal role within the IT Walay team, my contributions were integral to the project's success:
Innovative Application Development: I developed a bespoke application for the digital kiosks, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly interface for showroom visitors. This application was key in facilitating interactive experiences and providing customers with real-time information about Honda's offerings.
Real-Time Analytics Dashboard: I created an advanced, interactive dashboard for Honda Atlas. This tool provided real-time analytics, enabling the client to track customer interactions and preferences within the showroom. This dashboard was instrumental in offering Honda Atlas a comprehensive view of customer behaviors and trends, thereby aiding in strategic decision-making.
Design and Analytical Leadership: My leadership in the design and integration of analytical capabilities was crucial. I ensured that the digital kiosks were not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally robust, capable of capturing and analyzing a wealth of customer data.
Operational Excellence in Nationwide Rollout: I managed the complex task of deploying these kiosks across all Honda Atlas showrooms nationally, ensuring uniformity in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborative Stakeholder Management: My ability to work seamlessly with various stakeholders, including media agencies and planning departments, was key in aligning the project with Honda Atlas’s broader business objectives.
Through this project, I demonstrated not just technical expertise in application development and data analytics but also strategic thinking and effective project management. The initiative set a benchmark in digital customer engagement within the automotive retail sector, highlighting my capacity to lead and innovate in large-scale digital transformation projects.
