UniCourt provides a single platform for finding all the relevant data needed by attorneys, law firms, and individual practitioners. It's a simple and efficient low-cost platform that unifies data from state and federal courts. They had an already existing MVP that wasn't performing well. The product team also planned to introduce additional features to the platform.

I started by building personas and user stories and aligning user and business goals with the stakeholders. The new design demanded mobile-first principles with learnings from past data that indicated incremental traffic on mobile devices. Quick low-fidelity wireframes were designed to perform SUS and A/B testing.

Based on user feedback, iterations were made, and a design system was developed before proceeding with visual designs. I also oversaw a complete development handover, addressing all edge use cases.
