Pay attention as a man to what is important in male development and growth.
Counterintuitive observation:
Many men who 'work on themselves' approach this work with feminine energy, which again leads to dissatisfaction due to a lack of healthy male energy and leadership. - Adrian Stepanić
What we don't need is more calls for vulnerability, crying, and sharing emotions.
I still believe that these things are important, but emotional intelligence is strengthened in the environment of other healthy men.
And then everything else comes naturally if the environment is healthy.
We all need connection, and with the rise of social networks and stories about men being in crisis, it is not connected.
Additional confusion, ambiguity, and distorted beliefs lead to men being separated from the core of their understanding of themselves as men.
You know what it means to be a man for you, and it is possible to surround yourself with healthy men and overcome all ambiguities.
Clarity and actively adapting the environment to serve you, in my understanding, is one of the key factors in discovering the core and filling your manhood (that's why I talk about men's work, men's circles, working on yourself from a male perspective, philosophy, awareness and other topics that spark curiosity and lead to further clarity)
I have worked directly and indirectly with more than 60 men, and that is the challenge they most often encounter.
It seems to be the problem that creates the most overwhelming.
Men don't know how to focus amidst so much noise and inefficient approaches.
This leads to loneliness and separation, rather than a healthy and embodied man.
Even if you somehow manage to adapt to the modern way, you will soon find yourself in that mentality, making you different from the rest.
What's worse, you will become more invaluable in your reactions to the world that are filled with closing, hiding, suppressing, and dissatisfaction.
Before I share topics, tips on how to start, and ideas, here's why I'm credible for it:
I entered Men's Work and work with men's circles 5 years ago.
When I started, I joined a group of older men who were on the path of fatherhood, creating their businesses, and creating new relationships.
I learned about everything, used tools, and maps, and put myself in communication with men who were where I wanted to be, then I was recognized in the Rising Man Fire Circles community and joined them.
I cared for others, listened to them, allowed them to hear me, and challenged them to bring out the value of leadership.
Everything I learned and experienced, I wrote and shared with others in our spaces.
That's how the BMR community started even though many said it was a stupid idea.
It is important for those who care about how to reach other men on a similar journey as you:
Talk about everything that interests you about the topic of masculinity and what it means to be a man, try out tools, and use maps.
It's simple.
Well, to some extent.
Experience will teach you more than I can here.

Your environment

If your environment doesn't fill you and satisfy you,, read this post about the importance of a healthy community first.
In this post, I explained why a healthy community is important and how to look for one.
For those who have already started on this path, or already have a community, what has participated and the process of looking for a community taught you? What skills, and tools have you learned, and have new interests achieved?
Understand that your community is a place where you are both a student and a teacher.
If your environment doesn't allow you to be both, think about how you can get there.
The next 3 ways to strengthen and fill your masculine energy are the most effective within a community.
Space of Responsibility
Everything we do should have a healthy masculine responsibility.
The inability to take responsibility is an addiction to suffering.
If we are not able to gradually take responsibility and expand our capacity to cope with stress, we suffer.
We enter into a fight and strain where the situation we don't want to experience continues to come into our lives, as long as we don't take responsibility to face it.
Responsibility is practiced, each of us falls off the path, so a reminder is important.
I use spaces where healthy men are on a similar path as me to remind me and call me out when I'm avoiding responsibility.
Feeling of responsibility
Additional clarity
A reminder of what I'm building and why
Exchange of ideas and feeding the mind
Support when I don't know something
Competition
There is nothing I enjoy more than overtaking 4-5 runners on the track and the mud from my sneakers flying in all directions. Sometimes even in the face of others, but hey, that's all part of the beauty of this sport.
As a kid, I was always chosen among the last and I always lost, I never liked that. That's where I learned and fell in love with pushing myself in everything I do. From work to creativity to relationships, to soccer, running, and creating.
Competition strengthens the will, endurance and desire to achieve victory.
That is only possible among others. Cultivate healthy competition.
Do something hard and painful
Sometimes things are hard and they hurt. But that doesn't mean they are bad and that they shouldn't be done.
In a world of constant satisfaction and comfort, hard and pain is sometimes the only way to progress.
Gym, long runs, sprints, tough conversations, looking for what I want, saying no, and choosing myself is sometimes hard. But it is the right path.
It is much more significant to go through something painful with other men than alone.

Your rituals

Your rituals and habits affect the quality of life you live.
Powerful Habits
Breathwork, orgasm retention, cold showers, and embodying my 'Power Statements' (Something like affirmations)
I model and incorporate these habits with the knowledge of what I need and when. I started with a consistent practice that strengthens my willpower.
Now it's more of an awareness of my own needs and giving myself what I need from these habits. Adapt and evolve.
Not only do you nourish yourself through these habits, but you also immediately qualify yourself as someone who values your worth.
When we value our time and invest it in what fills us up, we know how much it affects our awareness of our worth.
Prayer
I recently returned to daily prayer and gratitude. One of the best decisions I've made.
My prayer is intuitive, and I just let it come out as it wants. Honestly and authentically.
Feeling connected to God
Faith in God and that everything is as it should be
Knowing that I am supported
Consumption
What I consume daily is extremely important
Media, junk food, social media, pornography, alcohol, cigarettes, etc. All of this affects and is easy to do.
Hard things like controlled consumption and consciously optimizing the environment you live in to serve you are what strengthens and fill you up.

Mentality

Mental attitude can have a significant impact on your well-being and success.
A mental attitude can help you stay motivated, overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
On the other hand, a negative attitude can lead to a feeling of hopelessness and defeat, making it harder to achieve your desired outcomes.
Developing and maintaining a healthy attitude is important for your life.
Reality Check
What if everything around me is a dream, nothing is real and nothing exists?
This state is equally as terrifying as it is inspiring.
It connects me to what is truly important
It shows me where I am in life
It sparks a sense of urgency and desire to go for better
Fear and Action
In 2017 I had a car accident. I hadn't driven for 5 years out of fear. In 2022 life showed me an opportunity why should drive again. It was uncomfortable, but I started.
Accepting fear and consistently taking action slowly teaches me why it's good to be afraid of certain things. Later it becomes natural.
It teaches me to be in the uncomfortable
It teaches me why fear is sometimes a good thing
It leads me to new layers of trauma which gives me a deeper understanding of 'why something is the way it is

My great why has been embodied.

Popularized in the world of development, the big why often comes from the head and not the body.
The fiery feeling when it comes to purpose, partnership, and creation in the belly answers the question 'what is my big why'?
This area gives new activations and reveals if we are integrated.
The 'big why' is shaped as we go through life and activates the will to do more and be more, set a golden standard to get what is yours.
It can only be felt as an attraction of energy that can simply no longer be calmed and expressed through creating income, building a house, and taking a career to a new level, for my The sensationchildren. My creation.
The feeling of my big why in the body gives me the energy to continue.
Sensation of fire in the belly - urge
Healthy aggression
Seeking what I deserve and what is mine
