Hey, I’m Maxime! Over the past couple of months, I’ve been working at Framer as a Product Specialist, helping clients big and small with fine-tuning their projects, squash bugs, and make sure everything runs without issues.

A big part of my job is working with enterprise clients, answering all their Framer-related questions. Some days, I’m troubleshooting tiny but annoying layout issues; other days, I’m doing a deep dive into a site to break down what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve it.

We help teams get the most out of Framer while keeping things clean, scalable, and easy to maintain by:

I'm also part of Framer’s support team. Our team handles everything from quick troubleshooting to complex debugging, making sure users get the help they need as fast as possible.

Because I have worked on countless projects by now, I know how to quickly spot issues and suggest the best way to fix them.

Another fun part of my role is working with Framer’s Customer Success team. I help with sales demos where we show potential clients what Framer can do and why it’s the right choice for them. My job here is to break down the technical side and show how Framer can fit their needs.

I don’t waste time, if there’s an issue, I do my best to figure it out quickly so you can focus on what matters.
