FlowPilot - AI Workforce Pitch Deck (14 Slides)

Investor Deck - SaaS Fundraising - Presentation Design
Overview
FlowPilot is a self-directed investor pitch deck case study created to present a clear fundraising story for an AI automation platform built for home service SMBs. The deck explains the operational pain faced by small service businesses and positions FlowPilot as an AI admin co-pilot that automates scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
Across 14 slides, the presentation moves from problem framing to product workflow, market opportunity, traction modeling, and growth roadmap. The structure follows a standard startup fundraising narrative used in early-stage investor presentations.

The Challenge
Home service SMB owners spend large amounts of time on administrative work instead of revenue-generating activity.
Key operational gaps include:
Late invoices across many jobs
Manual job rescheduling
Inconsistent customer follow-ups
Modeled weekly admin workload across scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-ups
The design objective focused on presenting operational inefficiencies in a clear and data-driven format while keeping the narrative simple for investors. The slides needed strong hierarchy, structured data blocks, and a clean layout that supports fast scanning.

Approach

Built a structured investor narrative that moves from problem framing to solution, market scale, and business logic.
Key design decisions:
Clear section structure to guide investors through the story
Minimal layout with strong typographic hierarchy
Visual workflow diagram to explain product automation
Data blocks for modeled traction, pricing, and market sizing
Consistent spacing and grid system across slides
The presentation uses a neutral interface style with strong contrast and structured information blocks. This approach improves readability and keeps focus on business metrics and product logic.

Results

The final 14-slide pitch deck demonstrates:
Clear startup storytelling structure
Strong hierarchy for investor scanning behavior
Effective presentation of market opportunity and modeled traction
Product workflow explained through simple visual flow
Consistent and professional slide system across the deck
The project shows strong ability in startup pitch deck design, SaaS storytelling, and structured information design for investor communication.

This project reflects my approach to designing investor pitch decks for SaaS founders and early-stage startups preparing for fundraising.
