Projectifying work: network organisation models in contemporary capitalist societies
PROWORK examines how contemporary work is increasingly organised through temporary, project-based networks. It studies how this “projectification” transforms labour relations, management models, and collaboration across sectors, offering new insights into the flexible and interconnected nature of work today.
The identity reflects the living nature of networks—fluid systems built on connection, exchange, and interdependence. It expresses how relationships shift and reorganize, revealing a collective rhythm where movement becomes a form of continuity.
