📸 Overview

Ming Smith: Feeling the Future (2023) is the solo show for renowned photographer Ming Smith at Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (CAMH). Smith's work is grounded in portraiture and centers Black life in the United States. The exhibition featured a vast collection of photographs, highlighting her career from the 1970s through 2020s.

As CAMH's Communications Coordinator, I was responsible for creating content to showcase the exhibition and its related events. This includes taking photos of the artwork with and without visitors, designing event flyers, and crafting original copy for the museum's social media.
