Objective: to increase customer referrals and revenue in brow services

Deliverable: referral giveaway email campaign

Eyecandy Lash Beauty is an eyelash and brow bar located in Katy, Texas. To promote their eyebrow services, the business held a 3-week referral giveaway offering gift cards and discounts on microblading, nanoblading, microshading, and brow laminations. The grand prize was a $50 gift card, and participants were encouraged to refer people to increase their chances of winning and earn discounts.

For this giveaway, I created a full email campaign to execute. The campaign included an account setup on Sender.net, email template design, copywriting, and scheduling.

We kicked off the giveaway by sending an announcement email to Eyecandy's mailing list. It begins with a super short introduction, then lists the steps for users to follow to submit an entry. It was important for us to ensure the steps were clear and easy to follow!

The middle section of the email includes information on the giveaway prize and additional perks users could earn for referring people to join. Users could refer up to 3 people and earn a discount code for up to 15% off all brow services.

The last section states the deadline to submit entries, call to action, and button to redirect users to the entry form.
