DUBLIN LOVE <3

I was honoured to have been selected as one of the artists for Dublin Canvas 2022. Dublin Canvas is an idea, a community art project intended to bring flashes of colour and creativity to everyday objects in the greater County Dublin area. Less grey, more play. 

I was inspired by the Bauhaus movement of grid work. I added bright colours against a dark background to emphasise and bring life to the streets of Dublin. I selected different symbols that personally have meaning from my time in Ireland and placed them accordingly on the square grid.
