Overview

PAS NextGen is a staff channel available for Relationship manager(RM) which gives holistic view of customer portfolio to analyse and rebalance. It received mixed appeal, some customers felt it was an elevated experience. Whereas some felt there was nothing new except for holistic view.
Since we were completely digitizing the process of Portfolio rabalancing we needed to make sure the customers doesnt lose trust and also make it visually appealing and easy to understand the overall portfolio by a glance.
One of the decision we took at the early stage was to go with Better data visualisation. also allowing customers to view their portfolio performance in different POV, for example if the customer wants to see sector wise, Geo location wise or currency wise, the customer should be able to have look.

Process

We already had set of archetypes we needed to focus on, and had insights form initial research. We proceeded with User flow.
and converted them to High fidelity wireframes

Usability Testing

We used invision to create clickable prototypes and run it through real customers for usability testing
