Clients were looking to broaden its customer base and market share within the data verification and authentication space. Due to a crowded market and a relatively new brand, they opted for a CMS (content management system) to allow them to build and edit their website at pace without the need for extensive development aid. However, this placed limitations on how much variation they could achieve across the site and resulted in a generic format that struggled to capture users' attention

We started with usability testing to understand what can be improved and what exactly is the issue with the current design.

One of the insight based on data we received from client was quick drop off from the homescreen. Mainly because Homescreen didnt had purpose and didnt explain what exactly the clients were offering.

We were trying to make the website look more visually appealing to make users spend more time and explore the website

We started creating creating visuals based on our JTBD. Used motion design whereever feasible
