This project uses n8n and Python to scrape rental listings from Zillow on a regular basis, collecting up-to-date data for analysis. It includes IP rotation and proxy support to reduce the risk of getting blocked. The scraped data is periodically saved to n8n data tables, Google Sheets, and other storage options for easy access. An analytics dashboard is currently in development to help visualize trends and insights from the rental market. The system is designed to run automatically, making it easy to track changes over time and support data-driven decisions. Watch the demo:
