Description: Matium, a startup building a digital supply chain network for industrial materials, brought me on to align marketing strategy with growth goals and investor expectations. I worked directly with the CEO and internal team to shape the brand, build a messaging foundation, and define a tiered go-to-market plan.
Objective: To drive network growth and accelerate lead generation while positioning Matium as the first intelligent network for the raw materials supply chain.
What I Did:
Developed a “Good, Better, Best” marketing framework to match budget and team resources
Clarified ideal customer profiles and built targeted messaging for recyclers, brokers, and procurement managers
Drafted multiple email sequences for partner outreach, cold leads, and network activation
Led website content overhaul for clearer positioning and SEO alignment
