The goal was to define the Information Architecture for Visual Abstract's AI-based platform, helping various user personas navigate and interact effectively.
Key challenges included:
Structuring user journeys for multiple persona types.
Defining the core steps and interactions necessary for platform usability.
The success of this phase was critical to starting development, as it provided a clear foundation for future implementation.
My Approach & Process:
I conducted a one-day UX workshop with developers and product owners to map out user workflows and task flows.
Performed workflow analysis to pinpoint key actions and pain points.
Defined a scalable Information Architecture to support diverse user needs.
Outcome & Impact:
Delivered a structured user journey and IA framework, enabling efficient development planning.
Improved clarity for the development team regarding feature prioritization.
The client was pleased with the strategic direction.
