Building a global marketing platform to power dynamic creative production

The Goal

Build and brand a marketing platform for the automotive giant Jaguar Land Rover that optimised the management of their marketing and sales strategies, and established detailed audience profiles of existing and potential customers. It also allowed for the creation of customisable digital, mobile, social, press, radio, TV and outdoor marketing campaigns from within the software.

The Process

I worked closely with the Jaguar Land Rover team to bring their vision of the platform to life, working firmly within their style guidelines to keep the product consistent with the brand’s existing look and feel. The process involved managing early stage ideas all the way through to testing and implementation, developing detailed wireframes and UI libraries, and building bespoke tools for the platform that accomplished the client’s sales and marketing goals.

The Result

The launch of the platform saw a significant reduction in marketing costs for Jaguar Land Rover, saving dealerships over 90% of the cost of implementing a marketing campaign than before. The new software also streamlined the process for the client when creating and distributing new marketing campaigns, which could now be rolled out in seconds, not weeks; allowing them to move faster than their competition.
