The Goal

As a company with over 100 years of history, Castrol wanted to reposition itself as a 21st century brand by connecting with customers in the digital world. We created a platform that brought together in-car Internet of Things technology, Castrol workshop partners, and vehicle owners with the aim of transforming Castrol into the go-to motor oil brand of the modern age.

The Process

As a company with over 100 years of history, Castrol wanted to reposition itself as a 21st century brand by connecting with customers in the digital world. We created a platform that brought together in-car Internet of Things technology, Castrol workshop partners, and vehicle owners with the aim of transforming Castrol into the go-to motor oil brand of the modern age.

The Result

Castrol gained the opportunity to increase sales of their products and developed a direct channel of communication with their customers through the platform. The project also created an enhanced relationship for Castrol with both drivers and participating workshops - the latter seeing a significant increase in repeat business, as well as being able to providing a more efficient car servicing experience for their customers.
