Link AI is a beta version of an AI real estate assistant from Link.ai, aimed at helping users explore property listings, get market insights, and make buying or selling decisions through natural language conversation. It’s part of a broader platform that mixes AI with traditional real estate tools.
Tech List: React, Next.js, Supabase, Node, PostgreSQL, Open AI, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Framer Motion, MobX, Open AI, Google Maps, Nginx
I contributed to the development of Link AI, a beta AI-driven real estate assistant designed to help users explore property listings, analyze neighborhoods, and make informed buying or selling decisions through natural language queries.
I implemented a scalable full-stack platform using Next.js and Tailwind CSS to deliver a fast, responsive, and conversational property search experience. I designed and normalized MLS property feeds to ensure consistent, compliant, and reliable data synchronization across regions.
We integrated large language models with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, allowing AI to interpret user intent while grounding responses in verified property data. Geospatial functionality powered by Google Maps supported dynamic map rendering, radius searches, polygon filtering, and location-based insights.
The backend orchestrated the workflow—intent parsing, structured queries, AI reasoning, and response validation—ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and financial correctness. Performance optimization techniques including server-side rendering, caching, and edge deployment ensured fast load times and high scalability, with Nginx managing production traffic.
Challenges & Solutions: AI can misinterpret property data or financial calculations, creating potential legal risks. We mitigated this by fetching verified backend data for all property information, validating financial numbers, logging AI activity, and implementing safeguards against biased outputs.
Results: The platform delivers reliable, data-grounded AI insights, helping users make informed real estate decisions while reducing risk and enhancing trust.
