Our client is a local optometrist serving the region of Burlington, Ontario. With a budget of $3,000 and a strict radius targeting, the client wanted us to discover new ways to engage the limited audience size and accelerate their lead generation process. With a simple logic of “The more relevant an Ad is to a user’s search, the more likely that user is to click through.”, we set out to create a sophisticated messenger flow which would be both informative and qualify a user before they spoke with the clinic receptionist. Additionally, we excluded the existing customers, thus eliminating excess spend on already engaged customers. With a strategy and tech integration in place, our client was able to save hours on manual appointment taking, create a highly engaged list of first party data, and boost brand lift.
