I have been working as a Human Resources Business Partner for a non profit organisation named WAFA - Water Air Food Awards. We are a 3 member HR team that has been working on restructuring the department. The team has been working on various projects related to HR and have also been a strategic partner to the leadership team. This is the summary of the work that I have done so far at WAFA:
- Design the offboarding process and implement it effectively.
- Design HR metrics for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, retention, D&I.
- Design a outreach strategy for the organisation.
- Assist the team in recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews for positions like Finance Manager, Research and Application Analyst.
- Assist the team in other tasks.
