Brought Visibility to Engineering Development Processes

By working with subject matter experts to analyze and document development processes, I leveraged my Jira Cloud Administration knowledge to implement and train team members on a new Jira project and instance to centralize the flow of communication and enable alignment and visibility on engineering development efforts for stakeholders of all levels.
