By working with subject matter experts to document processes and identify gaps in current tool usage, I architected a standard Jira project to be replicated for new business opportunities and clients, resulting in standardized tool usage which eliminated unnecessary overhead costs, decreased the learning curves of development team members, and enabled sustainable scalability with growth.
