A start-up initially leveraged monday.com and team-managed Jira projects within their first few years of operation but realized both monday.com and team-managed projects had high and unnecessary overhead costs and ultimately could not meet their need to scale with growth sustainably.

After working with subject matter experts and documenting current tool usage, I curated and advised a plan of action to migrate their projects in both monday.com and team-managed Jira projects to standardized, company-managed Jira projects to eliminate unnecessary overhead costs and meet their needs to sustainably scale with growth.
