Overview

Fantasy Tribes is a mobile fantasy gaming app designed for Survivor superfans. The platform turns passive viewership into an interactive competition, allowing users to draft castaways, make predictions, trade picks, place bets, and battle for leaderboard supremacy with their friends.

The Challenge

Survivor fans are highly engaged with the show but lack an official, interactive, and strategic way to compete with each other beyond casual forums or spreadsheets.

Most fantasy apps (like Bracketology) offer broad, lightweight engagement across reality shows, but lack depth and aren’t Survivor-specific. The goal was to build a highly strategic, community-driven, and visually fun app that mirrored the emotional highs and tactical twists of Survivor itself.
