Most existing tools were siloed, insecure, and inefficient. A common thread: lack of visibility and control over financial approvals and reconciliation.

This project was part of a broader initiative to digitize and streamline workflows for better operational governance within Tokopedia Finance, developed by the Tokopedia IT Enterprise in-house R&D team.
