Process Improvement and Automation

Assisted a small team with some specific process improvement automation needs.

This consisted of developing and deploying a python application to sync data across various software, including HubSpot (CRM), Monday.com (Project Management), and Harvest (Timekeeping).

This project is saving roughly 3 hours per week for the business's team members, compounding to weeks of time saved throughout a given year.
