Reporting to the design lead about trends and ideas

Social Media Management: Monitoring and managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Content Creation: Crafting compelling and visually appealing posts, story graphics, and videos for various social media platforms.

Content Curation: Researching and curating relevant content from external sources to share with the audience.

Crisis Management: Handling sensitive situations and negative feedback on social media with diplomacy and effective resolution strategies.
