In my capacity as the Social Media Assistant, I assist our Creative Director in overseeing, interacting with, and fostering customer engagement across various social media channels.
Tasks include:
- Moderating comments on social media
- Responding to every comment to be engaging with our community
- Reporting to the design lead about trends and ideas
- Social Media Management: Monitoring and managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Content Creation: Crafting compelling and visually appealing posts, story graphics, and videos for various social media platforms.
- Content Curation: Researching and curating relevant content from external sources to share with the audience.
- Crisis Management: Handling sensitive situations and negative feedback on social media with diplomacy and effective resolution strategies.
