A real estate agency needed a website that worked as hard as their agents. The brief was mobile-first, fast, and conversion-focused — a property discovery experience that gets visitors from browsing to inquiry without friction. The design had to feel premium enough for high-value listings while staying accessible for first-time buyers.
Real Estate Agency Hero
Problem
Most real estate websites are built for the agency, not the buyer. They're cluttered with listings, slow to load on mobile, and bury the inquiry path under layers of navigation. Buyers — especially mobile users — abandon quickly when they can't find what they need in the first few seconds.
This agency was losing leads at the browsing stage. Visitors were landing on the site, scrolling through a few listings, and leaving without making contact. The site needed to be rebuilt around the buyer's journey, not the agency's inventory structure.
Solution
As the UI/UX Designer and Framer Developer, I redesigned the full website experience with a mobile-first, conversion-first approach.
The property search was moved to the hero section — the first thing a visitor sees is a filter bar, not a banner image. Fast, intuitive filters (location, price, property type) let buyers narrow results in seconds without leaving the page.
Each listing card was designed to show the most decision-relevant information at a glance: price, bedrooms, location, and a single "Enquire" CTA. No clutter, no secondary actions competing for attention.
How It Works
User Research — Mapped the mobile buyer journey and identified the key drop-off points in the existing site experience.
Information Architecture — Restructured the site around the buyer's decision flow: search → browse → shortlist → enquire.
Design — Built a clean, property-focused visual system in Figma with a mobile-first grid, fast-loading card components, and a premium but accessible aesthetic.
Development — Built and shipped in Framer with smooth filter interactions and full mobile responsiveness.
Copy & SEO — Wrote listing-focused copy and structured meta content for local search visibility, assisted by ChatGPT and Claude.
Tools Used
