Description

CodeCraft Solutions is a software development agency that needed a homepage that converted. The brief was outcome-driven: lead with proof, make the value proposition impossible to miss, and give visitors one clear next step — book a discovery call. No fluff, no feature lists, no agency jargon.

Problem

Dev agency websites tend to look the same. Dark backgrounds, abstract tech imagery, a list of services, and a contact form buried at the bottom. They communicate capability but not confidence — and they rarely give a prospective client a compelling reason to reach out today rather than tomorrow.
CodeCraft had strong work and happy clients. The problem was that none of that came through on the existing site. Visitors couldn't quickly understand what the agency specialized in, who they'd worked with, or why they should trust them over the dozens of other dev shops in the market.

Solution

As the UI/UX Designer, Framer Developer, and Copywriter, I redesigned the full homepage experience with a single conversion goal: discovery call bookings.
The hero section leads with a direct, outcome-focused headline — not "We build software" but the specific result a client gets from working with CodeCraft. Client logos and a key result appear immediately below, establishing credibility before the visitor scrolls.
The services section was stripped back to the 3 core offerings, each described in plain language from the client's perspective. No tech stack lists, no acronyms — just what the client gets and why it matters.

How It Works

Discovery — Interviewed the agency founders to extract the real value proposition and identify the strongest proof points.
Copy Strategy — Structured the page narrative around the buyer's core question: "Why CodeCraft over anyone else?" Assisted by ChatGPT for structure and Claude for directness and tone.
Design — Built a clean, confident visual system in Figma with strong typographic hierarchy and a professional color palette.
Development — Built and shipped in Framer with smooth interactions and full mobile responsiveness.
SEO — Structured headings and meta content for search visibility in the dev agency space, with Webflow considered as an alternative CMS for content-heavy pages.

Tools Used

Framer — Full site build and deployment
Webflow — Evaluated as CMS alternative for blog/content pages
